This pack runs through everything we think you might want to know about your new project.

It will be your holy grail of information so you will always know the crucial details such as your timeline, our promises to you, FAQ’s and more.

We will book in your kickoff date and answer any other questions you may have. 

After That, the FUn Really BeGins..

  • Your Vision

    This first stage is all about discovery, we want to know as much about you and your business as possible so that the website we design is perfect for YOU. We will ask you to complete our branding questionnaire and create your own business mood board prior to your kick off date, this is to help us get to know more about you and your vision.

  • Branding & Content

    We will set up a call with you to discuss your mood board and questionnaire, during this call we will discuss your colours, structure, style and graphics we may use for your site. We will provide you with an overview of what content is needed and give you time to collect this together and upload to our file sharing platform ready for the next stage.

  • Design Stage

    Over the next few weeks we will begin by designing your homepage and complimentary one-page branding kit. These will be submitted to you for review and amendments before we continue designing the rest of your site. We will involve you in the design process and guide you through everything as we go. Our aim is make sure the site ticks all your boxes and more, so we ensure you have enough time to review your whole site prior to going live.

  • Launch and Handover

    We aim to complete most sites within a 4 week timeframe from kickoff. After the final revisions have been made and your site has gone through all its checks we will set a launch date with you. We offer all our clients the option to take over ownership of their site, if you wish to maintain your site long term, we will provide a free hour tutorial on how to update and amend your content.

  • Final Steps

    After completion some clients choose to keep their website on our books and contact us for changes as and when they require them. We do not charge a retainer fee or charge monthly for this service. We charge repeat clients at a per page or per hour rate depending on the nature of the updates.
